We are an architectural design practice based on Waiheke Island in the Hauraki Gulf with clients throughout New Zealand. We specialise in the creation of individual high quality homes and commercial properties and our portfolio includes houses in Balinese, Italian, Contemporary, French and Early Kiwi styles of architecture.

Ardern UDB is an Associate Registered Master Builder and professional member of Architectural Design New Zealand (ADNZ).

Bryce Ardern, Architectural Designer.  NZCQS, NZCD Arch Prior to qualifying as an architectural designer, Bryce spent two decades in the construction industry, starting out as a Quantity Surveyor before managing divisions of Fletcher Residential and Fletcher Projects. His passion for great design led him to formalise his architectural qualifications and he has since won numerous awards from both ADNZ and Registered Master Builders House of the Year. He believes that his understanding of the practical side of building gives him an edge when designing homes.

Bryce's expertise in architecture and building was recognized by the industry with invitations to judge the Master Builders House of the Year Regional Awards in 2005, 2007 and 2008.

Bryce and his family have lived on Waiheke Island since the early 90's.
