Bayleys Commercial Premises, West Harbour

Our brief was to develop a high profile, main road corner site with a landmark building requiring architecture that would reflect Bayleys professionalism and would not readily date. Our design had to work around a thicket of protected native trees and constraints were overcome by arranging the offices and reception in a light filled semi-circle wing.
