Matua, Tauranga

A 1980’s modulock home, with views to Mt Maunganui, was completely transformed by using the existing structure, raising the roof ridgeline and increasing the width of the building to create a contemporary symmetrical structure. The home was opened up to the outdoors with floor to ceiling glazing and inside interior living is open plan with exposed steel trusses.
